Khwaja Imtiaz Ahmed

Khwaja Imtiaz Ahmed is Chief Executive & Managing Director of Leiner Pak Gelatine Limited., since 1984. A former director of Lahore Stock Exchange and member of executive committee of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. By qualification he is B.Com(Hons) from Hailey College, University of the Punjab with higher management courses.

Ijaz Ahmed Khwaja 

Ijaz Ahmed Khwaja is Director of Leiner Pak Gelatine Limited.He is highly qualified Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years post qualification experience. He is holding special assignments relating to production and development. He is associated with the company in the capacity of Non-Executive Director.

Ibrar Ahmed Khwaja 

Ibrar Ahmed Khwaja is Director of Leiner Pak Gelatine Limited since 1983.He is commerce graduate with law education and performing as corporate secretary in addition to raw material procurement .He is also a member of audit committee.

Ahmed Ali Riaz

is a graduate in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London, UK and an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He is also a Certified Director of Corporate Governance from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.

He is serving on the board as Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Mr. Riaz brings with him experience of working in the Public Sector and a listed Multi National Company. He believes that the route to success in today’s competitive environment is through efficient operations, innovation and maximizing value to the customer.

RASHID MINHAS

Rashid Minhas was elected as an independent Director of the Board in the year 2019. He is an electrical Engineer and passed his B-Tech degree in Electrical technology from Preston University in the year 2006. He has also successfully completed his MBA from the same University (Preston University) in 2008.

Mr. Rashid Minhas has got 15 years of manufacturing experience in industrial electrical appliances. At present he is serving as Managing Partner in Electra Switch Gear a manufacturer of electrical appliances in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.

AYESHA AHMED

Ayesha Ahmed is representing female participation on the Board of the Company. She has completed her BSc from University of the Punjab in 1998. Ayesha Ahmed belongs to a well known business family. She is serving on the board since 2018.

She is Non-Executive Director of the Company and being a member of Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, significantly contributed in formulating human resources policies of the Company.

SYED RIZWAN HAIDER

Syed Rizwan Haider is the head of Finance of CleaPath Orthodontics (Pvt) Limited, a company pioneered in introducing clear aligner technology in Pakistan. The company not only provides orthodontic solution in terms of clear aligner to Pakistanis but also to European and US nationals.

Prior to joining ClearPath in June 2019, Rizwan was the Principal of SKANS School of Accountancy, a renowned college for providing professional accountancy education to CA and ACCA students. He served there 18 years as both faculty member and the principal. His core area of teaching has been financial accounting and reporting.

Rizwan has experience of over 25 years in the field of accounting and finance in diversified organizations at national and international level.

A fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with BSc in economics, mathematics and statistics.
